iBook not booting up

Hi all.. new to the forums! I've had my iBook for about a year and a half now, haven't had any trouble with it until now. For some reason it won't start up. It's plugged in and the green light is on but it's just not booting up. Can someone help me figure out why my iBook isn't working all of the sudden?

What happens when you press the power button?

Does the drive spin up? Does the light on the front turn on?

Try booting from the restore disks and repairing the disk with disk utility.

Does it even show up in Disk Utility when you use the restore disks? If not, it sounds like a hard drive failure.

@iBookG4User: I don't think this machine is booting to the grey screen, let alone running Disk Utility (no video, indicator light etc).

I smell a fried logic board, or is that the grilled cheese I was making?
