lol. I bought my ibook in 2006.....this year and it has a 1.6gz processor i think. If an ibook of that nature come out, i ahve no idea about it. DONOT buy. Especially if it is not 14inch, cuase the 12 inch of those times had 1.33/1.2gz processor, i'm almost sure of that.

Actually depends on the cost. Can't tell you how safe a buy it is if i dont have figures.

There is no 2ghz iBook. There is also no 1.6ghz iBook.

My Bad....1.42. Out of lazyness, i won't make a search for it. Anyways, it is the last G4 14 inch ibook line that apple made before they started macintels. They addded the two finger scroll stuff and sensored hard drive and so on. Why did i type 1.6???

Thanks.

the specs are as follows as per the seller:
iBook 12
2.0ghz
256
30ghd
cd player no dvd or rw

cost is 500.00

I think I'll pass

Firstly the specs are wrong so i dont know what you would be spending 500 dolars for.....far as i know it could be a dell. I'd pass too.

Lol especially the optical drive - CD-ROM! :D When did Apple last included a cd-rom in stock models of iBooks? In 2001? :D
