iBook won't recognize install disc 2, but does others

My iBook will recognize and boot install discs 1 and 3 of Panther, but not disc 2. It makes no booting sound, will not come up on the screen or anything. I can't figure out why some discs are working and this one is not.

Is there anything I can do to make it come up so I can finish the installation process?
