This is an odd question, but does anyone know if there is a way to merge/integrate the iBooks that I have in my library with the audiobooks that I have in iTunes? The end goal is to have my audiobook read the book back to me without having to open both apps.

Thanks,

- Phill

This new feature is what prompted my interest. I essentially want this, but with all books (not just what the article puts as "for select children's books"). The article goes on to say "Selecting "enhanced eBooks" will now automatically play video and audio content included in the book." It seems like this will be snippets of audio or video within the book, and not a full "narration" of ALL the text.

Like I said, I have the audiobooks and the eBooks. Maybe there's a way to join them to create this new enhanced eBook?
