So i want to include clips from the show that the script I'm editing in iBooks Authors. Now wanted to use the rip of the show i have in iTunes but "its not the right format", then i tried using the soundtrack i have in iTunes (also ripped) but that didn't work. Next i tried downloading youtube videos via the activity window in safari but that didn't work. So what I'm asking is if i can have a link that will play the youtube video in the book. Any solution is viable.

Can you play the video fine in iTunes? If not, try converting with Handbrake.

Ok so i was able to convert it properly and it now will go into the editor. Now the problem is that it will play in the editor but not in the book when previewed. I've done an audio widget on a previous page and it works just fine, i just can't get this to work.
