iBooks auto-updating books?

I'm just curious if digital eBooks can auto-update pages / chapters after you have downloaded the book. Curious for books like No Easy Day that will release next week if the Pentagon sues and forces the book to be removed from shelves or sentences changed does an eBook automatically change with those updates or once downloaded it stays as is.

I don't believe that ability exists today in iBooks.

I'd hope not but you can never be to sure.
