iPad iBooks Can't Copy?

Since updating my iPad 2 to iOS 6, I've lost the ability to copy text, view dictionary, highlight or do any contextual menu item within iBooks other than "Speak." Using same ePub file, it works on iPhone 4s.

Am I missing a setting?
