Ibooks doesn't upload new ebooks to the iCloud to be read on the Ipad/iphone?

When I add ebooks into Maverick's Ibooks I cannot find those ebooks into my Iphone's Ibooks. I'm not talking about Appstore's ebooks of course, but manually adding ebooks.

I take it Maverick's Ibook doesn't sync ebooks over the cloud?

Have you checked the purchased section of the iBooks store? If you want things to automatically download, enable it at Settings>iTunes & App Store and make sure the switch next to iBooks is turned on.

Just checked, everything is set up right. None of my Mavericks ebooks are showing up on my Iphone/ipad though.

iBooks for OS X doesn't work like that. You still have to use iTunes to sync manually added ebooks, just like before.

Okay, that sucks. And where on the hard drive are the ebooks stored then?
