Actually there is a working tethered jailbreak using redsn0w for all but iPad 2 and iPhone 4S.

iBooks was the last problem I was having with any apps and this workaround works great to restore iBooks' functionality on my iPad 1. Didn't even need to transfer my books back over and the iBookstore still works also.

I don't need it, my device is not jailbroken.

I just don't like it when people respond the way that you did (telling someone they are wrong) without providing a link or proof to back up your claim.

Instead of "That would be incorrect", you could have responded what you just replied to me.

When the answer is common info in the correctly titled area of the same forum, it seems like pandering to laziness to spell it all out sometimes. It's also very annoying when they give wrong info
