iBooks missing from Open In

I have iPad 3 with IOS 6. The open in dialog on my gadget has three pages, but the 3rd page is not full. The problem I have come across is that iBooks does not appear in the Open In dialog. I have deleted the app and reinstall it but it is still not in the dialog.

Anybody else got this problem ?

Anybody know of a fix for this?
