The other night I fired up iBooks to read in a dimly lit room, and after a minute or two the colors inverted automatically to white text on black background. I'm not a fan of these inverted colors, but didn't see any iBooks setting to change this.

Can I prevent this from happening or is this strictly automatic and out of my control?
 
Open a book, tap the icon that looks like two "A" and turn auto night mode off. That should prevent the books themselves from going into night mode. The Library, otoh, seems to go dark at random. I'm assuming this is a bug.
