iBrickr and deleting files - Won't work

Decided to load in some NES games using iBrickr - All went well, games great. Then decided to load in some more - Final fantasy went totally wild and now I can't delete the files.

My question is can I delete a directory using iBrickr - ie NES/ so that I can start again?

If not, any ideas why these files won't delete as I don't want them on the iphone.

Thanks in advance.

I hope that makes sense. I'm not very tecnological.
