I want to know if it's a wise investment for me to buy a tool to fix not only my Apple Watch Series 5, but others and possibly start a business doing that, as most iPhone repair places currently won't repair Apple watches, rendering it somewhat of an untapped market.

Genuine question, how is anybody here supposed to know that? You need to put the effort in and do your own homework. Look for competing companies on the Internet and local to you for a start.
