iCal 1.5.5 update and Palm sync

Have anyone experienced strange sync problem with new iCal 1.5.5 and palm tungsten T?

After I sync calender, all the event shows up 5 hours earlier on Palm than on iCal.

I checked timezone it was fine.

Is it a bug?
