iCal and Adressbook Question

Hi guys, does anyone know where the iCal and addressbook settings are stored in Mac OS 10.5 ?
I need to find it so I can bring them back from a backup. (coz i recently re-installed Mac OS)
I would be nice that I can find this so I dont have to all find my friends phone number and address all over again ...

For Address Book its in (home)/Library/Application Support/Address Book, for iCal I believe its something similar like (home)/Library/Calendars. Once you have it back on there, you should consider archiving or backing up the databases for each one to a single file (under the file menu in each application) so you don't have to restore an entire folder if this ever happens again.
