Apps ICal and IWatch Wont Synch

After doing an exhaustive search I'm still left with the following problem: iCal is in the dock of my Iwatch but it doesn't seem to synch with either the calendar on my Mac or the one on my Iphone. Mac ICal and IPhone ICal play very nice together. Pretty much checked all the setting to no avail. Any ideas?
