I have a rolling days off schedule for work and was wondering if there was an easy way to program that into iCal.
Here's how it goes:
Tues + Wed (off) then I work until the following Thursday+Friday (off)
Then work again until the following Sat and get Sat+Sun+Monday (3 days off)
Rinse and repeat for the entire year.
Any ideas on this? Thanks!
 
Don't think so, unfortunately—I don't think iCal has an "every other week" option for repeating, just every week. That really should be an option. :eek:
 
I think the easist way is to click on the 1st day of this month
then select repeat
select custom
then select monthly for frequency
then just click the days you work that month

repeat for every month...not exactly quick, but much better than copy and pasting or creating new events...does that work?
