My boss has her entire calendar for the year in iCal and she'd like to open it up to the rest of us so that anyone in the office can access it while she's away and make changes, set up appointments, etc. Is this possible using iCal? Should I move her over to the Google calendar?

Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the tip. But will that allow PCs to access her calendar too? BusyCal looks like it does a great job of linking up Macs.

It does say it will sync with Google Calendar. So I wonder if I sync her iCal with Google Calendar, and then I presume everyone from any comp could access the synced g calendar, right?
