iCal created new calendars with new colors, etc. How do I fix?

This may be an issue after installing "Delicious Monster Library" and application that tracks your libraries of DVD's, CDs, Books, Gadgets etc. It created a "Library Loans" Calendar to track when people borrow your stuff.

Then today, I get on iCal and I have 2 "Home" calendars. 2 Library Loans and one work.

The color selections are all different too. "Home" is no longer blue.
I have blue entries and now brown for "Home".

It's all hosed up.

Essentially, how do I merge calendars? Also, this has really screwed up the Calendars on mine and my wife's iPhones through Mobileme. (Shocker)
Her phone doesn't even show some of these calendars as options. Ugh.

Any help or pointing to a place for help is appreciated.

That happened to me, i just used time machine, then used my ipod to bring back all my events i made that day

Thanks. Yeah, it got very ugly.

I ended up cleaning it all up on iCal finally, and then I had to remove my mobileme account on both iPhones and re-add it. That cleared the garbage on the phones and reloaded it from mobileme. Wow... ugly stuff. Surprised from Apple.
