iCal delegates on new iPhone 4S

I currently have my whole system set up through Google Sync / Exchange and almost works perfectly.

I have set up delegates for all my co-workers that I can see their schedules on my iCal on my MacBook as well as on my iPad.

However, with the same settings, I cannot see the delegates on my new iPhone4S. Does the iPhone not allow this for some reason?
