I'm using Snow Leopard in a Windows network with Exchange 2007. Users are currently working with Outlook 2011 for Mac (horrible product) and I was looking to move towards Mail/iCal/Address Book instead.

I've run into a bit of a problem though with shared calendars. First issue is that even though users have access to some shared calendars in Outlook, iCal will tell me that the user has no access permissions to the exact same calendar. This only happens with some calendars though.

The other major issue is that once I add 10 or so shared calendars, I can no longer go into iCal > Preferences > Accounts > Delegation. Each time I try to bring up the delegation screen to view or edit the shared calendars, I get the error shown in the image I've attached.

I'm grasping at straws here, happens in Snow Leopard and Lion as well. I've tested with multiple user accounts also. Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks in advance
