Got a really nasty ongoing problem. Let me detail my setup.
I have a Google Apps account for my main calendar. Also share a calendar (in iCal) with a team member. We found the invite feature totally broken and I have since vowed to never use it again. Instead what I do is duplicate events that she should be at, then go into events details and switch the calendar to hers. That way we both have a event on the same date/time.
I do a full sync, all is good. Later on (minutes/hours) flip back to iCal and I have 2/3 duplicates and sometimes she does. I delete them, sync, and there back a while later again. I need a reliable calendar system, this is causing some pretty major scheduling issues.
I'm I creating the issues in the way I create duplicate events for her? Is this just a sore spot for Google Calendar? Never had this issue before and appreciate the help!
