Is there any way to make an event repeat every week for a certain period of time? I'm trying to make a schedule that's the same every day until december and I had to add about 10 events for one week that I'd really like repeated every week.

Yes, with all the details of an event, there's a repeat section. You can make it repeat in any combination you can think of, and then when you select "every day" the end option will appear. Then pick the end date.
