I did a ONYX user cache clean (to fix a different problem) - the standard checklist of items and now im getting the "iCal Helper" going alittle mad at 99% cpu continuously. If i force quit it it starts again after 10-30 mins. Also, when i start iCal it comes up with "Upgrading iCal calenders" and just gets stuck with it.
Ive tried looking at apple support docs and tried a few suggestions but as yet nothing has fixed it
OS been running perfectly since i got my mbp in july..... i was in osx heaven... maybe its an opportunity to do a clean snow leapard install... but i hope not.
Finder has also done 99% a few times since.
Thats the last time i trust ONYX.
And then i was going to restore from yesterdays SuperSuper backup but f-ked up the settings and part restored onto the backup until i release what id done!!!! - what a mess....
Please help.
