iCal icon showing up wrong?

Here's what it looks like on my work computer. The number is jammed up in the red bar instead of being centered in the white. Not sure how it got like that or how to fix it. Help?

Yup its not a problem just wondering what the heck is wrong? I know its wrong cuz I have a mac at home and it doesn't look like that.

Ok, mine is centered in the white space. So is the one in my Applications folder. How about yours? If it's good there, drag the one off the Dock and replace it.
