iCal in Mail Plug-in?

I'm looking for a Mail plug-in that'll let me see my iCal calendars in, say, the left sidebar of Mail. I currently have iCal as one of my login items, and logging in is getting very slow... Is there such a plugin (I will need to see events, or even just a dot like on iPhone iCal)?
