So you want changes to your calendar on me.com, or your MobileMe-synced device, to update what's on your MacBook Pro? Are you signed into MobileMe preferences in System Preferences? In the sync tab, is syncing enabled? If updates are not pushing to your MacBook Pro, consider clicking on the Reset Sync Data button and choosing to replace calendar information on computer with what's on MobileMe. That should re-establish communication between the MobileMe cloud and your computer.
