iPod touch iCal on the Touch...

Probably I am missing something really simple, which would be sooo typical of me, but I cannot figure out a quick and easy method of getting my iCal updates into the Touch from my iMac.
I sync the touch with my air for my itunes stuff but my iCal is done on the iMac.
I want to be able to get my up to date iCal info from the iMac to my touch...

Help?

you need to sync it with the imac, or sync both your macs with mobile me (.mac) and it wont be an issue.
