Hi , I have a question.

My Dad , brother , mother , girlfriend ... All have an iPhone and use ical.

Now my question is ,is there a way to have 1 icalendar that we can use as family calendar. Now we always need to send invites.

I want to make an event in the calendar and make it available for the whole family to see, as well as that other family members can add and edit events.

Easy to do if you each have your own iCloud account.

1. Choose a calendar from iCal that you want to share
2. Go to Calendar>Share Calendar...
3. Share with: "Only the people you invite"

a bit more info here: http://support.apple.com/kb/PH2689

iCal Help menu has step-by-step if you get stuck
