Is there any way to create a calendar on iCal/Mobile Me that other users/subscribers can edit?

As far as I know, you'd have to have it hosted online on a CalDAV server. You can access CalDAV accounts through iCal as long as you're running 10.5+

Thanks for the reply....So is there anyway to create a "CalDAV" account via iCal? As far as I can tell after looking one of the only ways is through Google Calendar.

Sorry for the late reply. iCal can work with CalDAV accounts, but you have to have it hosted on some service (similar to how Mail works with online accounts, but doesn't have its own e-mail service). Google Calendar is the best free option I'm aware of.
