iCal reinstall from scratch?

Hi all,

I tried to delete every thing in my iCal folder this morning in order to reset my iCal, now i can't open it at all, is there a way to download and install it again? I just want to start over if i can?

Also with ios5 when i create a reminder on my iPhone will it show up on iCal?

I'm currently running Lion os.
