Hi there. Sorry if this is an obvious question, but I have searched quite a bit and can't find anything.
I'm trying to enter the timetable I teach into ical. I teach 22 different groups. At the minute I have two options - direct in ical and through a piece of software called Planbook.
In ical this means entering in the info (group name, class etc) as separate events, setting them to repeat for 4 weeks at a time. This is pretty labour intensive and I'm sure there must be a faster way.
In Planbook it's easier, but it's a bit unstable and I can't make it copy the info from one term to the next so I have to create a new planbook every term.
Anyone got any ideas?
I found the QuickCal widget which is cool but it doesn't let you set repetitions. I think ideally I would have something like that ie that would let you enter Class 1 on Mon at 12 starting 27/04, ending 27/05
