I have tried searching the forums to see if anyone else has encountered this issue, but I couldn't find anything so I decided to post to see if anyone else has experienced this issue.

I am starting law school next week, and I set up iCal today with each of my four classes as separate calendar items with their own separate colors so I can easily tell everything apart. Afterwards I plugged my iPhone in to sync all the calendar items I have put in using that system. Everything synced fine, but when I opened up the Calendar application on the iPhone, all the color tags I had selected were jumbled. None of them were the same as I had selected for them in iCal.

I was wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue. It seems minor, but I use those colors to easily tell which class is which so it is a huge pain in the ass. If anyone does have experience with this problem, is there any way to fix it, or am I stuck with the jumbled colors?

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 2_0_1 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/525.18.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/3.1.1 Mobile/5B108 Safari/525.20)

This is currently an issue with all iPhones. Hopefully it will be fixed in the next update. There's a minor workaround by syncing one calendar at a time since the iPhone will assign colors in a certain order. I haven't tried this so search the forums for more details.

Thanks for the info. So it seems that 5 different colors is the most that can be done with the Calendar application on the iPhone? Quite a bit ridiculous.
