iCal Time Stamp

Hi,

I am facing some difficulty with the Time Stamp on iCal. It always shows up as 1900 AM and I am unable to change the time and the date for entries. See attached.

1.png - System clock is on 24 hour format, but iCal seems to have manufactured its own timeline.

2.png - Due dates are not listed correctly.

3.png - iCal Preferences.

4.png - Date & Time Preferences.

Can anybody advise? Thanks!
