iCal - Time Zone Support not working w/ downloaded iCal Calendar

I downloaded Leo Laporte's iCal Calendar containing all the times his netcasts air, he says if you turn on Time Zone Support iCal will change the time zone's to yours. I try this and it doesn't work. =( Any idea on something that will fix this?
