iCal To Do list on my iPhone 4

So, why is it that iCal on my iPhone 4 does not have the To Do list that it does on my laptop?

Sure, I can use something like Appigo To Do but then I have to manually sync. It doesn't happen automatically when I plug the phone into my computer.

Honestly, the iPhone 4 not being able to do this is a bit like Einstein being unable to do arithmetic. WTH!?!?! Am I missing something?

Delete iCall and get Whistle Phone instead, you will much happier.
