I set up my iCal to sync with Google Calendar just as specified on "Get Started wit CalDAV" and it downloads fine and I can see all four calendars I am sharing with. But, iCal will not upload to Google Calendar at all. I deleted the account and set it up again and it still will only download from Google Calendar, but it will no upload.

Does anyone know a fix for this?

If not, how about an alternative?

I am using Snow Leopard 10.6.6

I want to try to add to this cause I am also looking for a way to setup that what I put in my iCal automatically goes into gmail. Now I know I can setup where a separate calendar comes up for gmail but I do not want to have to put in duplicate entries. Is there a way to do this? Thanks

I went with CalDev and just exported my iCal calendar, followed the directions on the page linked below, and then imported my previously inputted calendar entries into iCal. I use iCal just as I always would with similar organization.

Oh I see so what you basically did is just move the iCal calendars to google and just added stuff to the google calendar. Is this correct? I wonder then will mobile me sync those google calendars?

No I use iCal on my desk but google cal on my phone. They're perfectly synced.
