iCal Variables

Hi guys, I have a question, is there any way to set a variable so that when you put that an event in iCal to repeat monthly if any of those events falls on a weekend it is automatically moved ie to a friday or a monday?

Maybe this cant be done on the iCal, any solutions out of the box? whatever they are other calendars or whatever...

You can choose "Custom" and make it the first Friday of the month, for example. But I don't know of a way to make it the "5th of the month, as long as that's not a Saturday or Sunday".

Yep... that is exactly my problem, do you know about any other soft which does?
