All the sudden iCal won't open for me.

I rebooted, repaired permissions, everything I could think of.

Here is the error I'm getting. I reported it to Apple, but no response yet.

Should I just try the OSX disk and reinstall (is this possible)?

Cheers,
MD

And do what with it?

Nothing.

The suggestion is that your iCal preferences are insome way corrupt or causing an issue. This file (it should be in ~/Library/Preferences/) contains your iCal preferences. If you move it somewhere else iCal will not use it. If iCal now works your preferences are bad.

If it still crashes then put the preferences back and try the same with each Calendar file (probably in ~/Library/Application Support/iCal).

iCal still didn't work after moving the preferences file.

So I should try it with all of those files? How would they become corrupt?
