iCal won't sync with .Mac

Hi

I have got a new MPB 2.4 and I cannot get my iCal to sync with my calender held on my .Mac account. Reseting doesn't work. Address Book is fine but not iCal

Bottom line? It's flaky. Sometimes .mac gets this way. Sometimes you can fix it.

Try going into System Preferences, .Mac pane, Sync tab. Click the "Advanced" button and perform a "Reset sync data" for the calendar data.

That might knock it loose and get it synching again.

I have tried that so many times. It simply won't have it. I have deleted to old calender entries to make the iCal folder smaller but that hasn't made any difference either!!

I had another problem a few weeks ago with iCal with the guys at the Apple Store in London solved for me by throwing away the preference list file from Library I think. Then restarting the program. Where is this file? Thought I might try the same.

Any suggestions appreciated.
