ichat 3 Buddy pics

Hi there !

When upgrading from Panther to Tiger I noticed the pics of
my buddies are gone. I Did a clean install of Tiger and con-
figured my ichat name, it signs on, shows my buddies, name
but no pics, whereas the ichat I used with Panther did show
the mugshots.

Any thing I missed here ??

I'm not sure if the pics are stored in iChat or your Address book. Have you imported your old addresses into your Tiger Address Book?

Make sure that "show buddy pictures" is selected under View in iChat. That might have been switched off when you upgraded to Tiger.

Mugshots

I have "view buddy pics" selected, and I see either a .mac ball
or an AIM symbol (small man). I synced the Address book. IF
I login to Ichat using a panther machine, I do see the mugshots.

I believe the pics do come from the iChat server and not from
the local machine.
