iChat 4.0 Audio and Video Conferencing

My Friends and I have all been Having a Problem starting conferences using iChat 4.0 . dose Anyone else seem to be having a problem? The window will say starting chat and then it will take a long time before anything happens and then it will say "there was a communication error during your chat. did not receive a response from _____. You can send details about your Problem to apple to help improve future version of iChat."

all my friends are also having this problem, with screen sharing, audio and video sessions.

Anyone else having this problem? how can I fix it? how can we fix it?

Not that I know of, I dont know how to fix this problem i am having. I am curious if anyone else is also having this problem and if there is a way to fix it.
