So the new iChat in Snow Leopard does something by default that used to be an option you could disable. As soon as you launch iChat, it automatically opens chat windows with anyone you were talking to the last time you closed it.
Looking in com.apple.iChat.plist, the option RememberOpenChats no longer exists. If I manually add it, it doesn't do anything. It's not the end of the world, it's just annoying to have to manually close several windows every time I launch.
Maybe I'm missing something and the setting has been renamed, but I don't think so. Perhaps Chax will add such a setting soon.
