ok so here's the dealio,
I have a friend who me and my other friend have been trying to get onto ichat, well he finally caved and got a .mac account. Now here's the kicker, ichat when he runs it runs the account set up, and when he tries to sign in, it doesn't work. While I can sign into his account no problem. What's going on here? Remember, the menus of ichat are formated to the first start up of ichat, so no preferences, no adding accounts with the plus button. I've got him to send me screenshots and I have nothing for him. Is there anyway he can bypass the account set up and just be able to add the account like a normal person or something wrong with his computer or account? anyone have any ideas? sorry if I don't make much sense.
