iChat audio not working

I can audio chat with most people, except one guy. His iChat obviously went crap after an update at some point. Has anyone got a fix? He has tried trashing preferences. No go..

This is the error he gets:

2005-09-03 15:16:59 +1000: No data has been received for the last 10 seconds.
Audio channel info: local machine using 192.168.1.3:16384, expecting remote machine to send to 0.0.0.0:0
Video channel info: local machine using 192.168.1.3:16384, expecting remote machine to send to 0.0.0.0:0
