Ichat av and windows

Hello everyone, sorry if this has been discussed already, but I could not find it and I am going crazy......

here is my question. My parents live in NY and they have a Windows with a webcam installed. which instant messenger can they use so we can live conversation thru ichat.

I think they need the newest version of AIM (AOL instant messenger).
