In the Depths of the SLC!
Ok, so I finally saw the WWDC '06 vid. ANd I really liked the iChat AV enhanced, or on steriods. Well, my question is, does anyone know if one person has Leopard and the other person has lets say, AIM. Will that person with Leopard be able to do all the cool effects? I mean, I kno the person on AIM will still be in their room, with a normal everyday camera and all. But, would I still be able to have the cool background and stuff, and have them see it, or do we both have to have the newest version of iChat?

The effects are completely compiled on the Leapard system and sent as if they were the normal video stream, so yea, the AIM person could see them.

I agree with the poster above. You will be able to see them on AIM for Windows, Leopard will compile them as a video stream and export it as any other video stream.
