iChat: Connecting to Yahoo??

I've read that I can connect with iChat to Yahoo via Jabber. However, I have not been able to find instructions on how to do so. Would someone kindly tell how to configure iChat to connect to Yahoo?

It's a little bit tricky at first, but once set up it works great. Here's a good tutorial using iChat through Jabber for MSN. It's similar with Yahoo Link
