Hey all, I'm having a problem with iChat crashing on 10.5. It starts up fine but as soon as someone tries to IM me, or I try to initiate a chat, the app crashes.
I've done a bit of googling and searching and am a bit puzzled, can't figure out why this is happening. This started after my iChat app recently got deleted (accidentally) from my hard disk. I reinstalled the app from the 10.5 disk, everything seemed fine. But now this crash results. Obviously in the process of reinstalling it from the disk something got tweaked somewhere that is throwing the app off, but I can't figure out what it is.
Console has this to say:
Has anyone by any chance had this happen before or have any advice on how I can fix this? I've tried the usual troubleshooting tactics, trashing my prefs, checking my account settings, etc. No luck so far.
Thanks guys.
