I think he meant, "Using Leopard, I want to be able to show people with video chat my desktop" or even clearer, "Using Leopard, I want to be able to show people my desktop with video chat."
i don't think you can do video while screen sharing. you can show a presentation, but not the desktop. you can get voice though
